Purchase & Orders

Yes — we ship worldwide. All international orders are handled with the same care and attention as domestic shipments, and we partner with trusted couriers to ensure timely, secure delivery. If your order hasn’t yet been processed or shipped, we’ll do our best to accommodate changes. Please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order is in transit, modifications are no longer possible.

We accept returns on unworn shoes within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please refer to our Refund & Return section below for full instructions.

Each product page reflects current availability. If a style or size is out of stock, you may register for a restock notification or contact us for estimated availability, pre-order options or recommendations on similar styles.

Currently, we do not provide a Click & Collect service.

Our standard shoes feature high-quality leather soles, offering breathability and classic appeal. Select models come with rubber soles or a rubber forepart for added traction and versatility. The sole type is clearly noted on each product page.

With proper care, our Goodyear welted shoes can last for many years — often decades. The ability to resole them means their life can be extended well beyond that of ordinary footwear, making them an investment in both style and sustainability.

As with most traditionally crafted leather shoes, there may be a short break-in period as the leather molds to your foot. After a few wears, the shoes will soften and conform beautifully, offering a truly personal fit.

We stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number, photos and a description. Damage due to wear and tear or misuse is not considered faulty, respecting statutory rights.

Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout based on your location. Delivery times depend on your destination and chosen shipping method. As a general guide:

While we work with trusted couriers, occasional delays can occur. If your order is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, please contact us — we’ll coordinate with the carrier and ensure a resolution.

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to PO boxes or military addresses at this time due to courier limitations. A physical address is required for delivery.

Refund & Return

We accept returns on unworn, undamaged shoes within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned in original condition, with all packaging, shoe bags, and accessories included.

To initiate a return, simply contact our customer care team with your order number and reason for return. We’ll provide detailed instructions and a return shipping label where applicable.

There is a charge for returns. Full details are provided during the return request process.

Unfortunately, we are unable to accept exchange requests. To obtain a replacement item, please return your original order and place a new order for the replacement.

Returned items will be checked to verify the condition before a refund can be issued. We will send you an email confirmation once the refund has been authorised. The length of time it takes for the refund to reach your account will depend on the method of payment used, but should be within 14 days of receipt of the returned item. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card or payment method used for the original purchase.

Yes. Returns must be sent back with all original components, including the shoe box, dust bags, and any included materials. This ensures the product remains in sellable condition and protects it during return shipping.

Only unworn shoes are eligible for return. Once shoes show visible signs of wear (e.g. creasing, sole scuffing), they can no longer be accepted for return or exchange unless faulty.
